Mission & Vision
Our principal and fundamental mission is to make higher education accessible to the maximum number of prospective learners residing in the remote corners of the state. With this end in view, we endeavour to inculcate knowledge in the most effective and learner-centric way so as to facilitate our students to achieve academic excellence and prosperity. Education being a holistic development of knowledge and personality, we pay equal amount of attention and effort to both curricular studies and co-curricular activities so that our students’ learning may be meaningful, sustainable and pertinent to life.
We look forward to broadening the scope of higher education further in future by enhancing our intake capacity as well as by opening new disciplines/departments, and by initiating postgraduate courses. We also strive to make e-learning an integral part of the regular mode of instruction so that we can provide our students with easier and broader access to higher education. We hope for attaining academic excellence by more consistently producing students capable of proving their worth not only in all University-level and competitive examinations but in all walks of life.
